I am Diane Batty. I am a marketing communications director and I run a virtual creative agency.

For me, how we communicate makes a real difference to what people perceive of us. I believe marketing communications work well when matched with clients’ values, their core offer, and it's communicated in a considered way.

So, I believe, it deserves going further than a brief demands. Thinking harder, working longer. Digging, if you will, deeper.

Ultimately, I like my clients to see a genuine improvement in their communications, where they see the benefits for them, and the business. This, for me, is the most satisfying element of working with a client.
